Je suis parti en Espagne afin de sortir de ma zone de confort, devenir trilingue et continuer à faire de la préparation physique. J'en ai profité pour développer mon activité en ligne, et beaucoup me former à distance avec des formations privées, des webinaires, des e-books...

Handball physical trainer in N1 (BBH)

I had the mission of training the BBH (Brest Bretagne Handball) Espoirs squad. I worked with some of them selected for the French beach handball team.

2021 - 2022

Sports coach in Canada

During my last year of studies abroad, I worked at my Canadian university (UQAC) as a sports coach. I was able to work with all types of people: elderly people undergoing rehabilitation, firefighters preparing for a competition, bodybuilding beginners wanting to gain mass... I consolidated my knowledge in reathletics there.

Basketball coach

I've been playing basketball since I was 6 years old, so I learned to coach growing up, including numerous internships to validate my years of higher education. I mainly worked with young categories, from U15 to U17.

I decided to launch my business remotely, so I could help athletes achieve their goals. This choice leads me to have different and varied work projects, such as preparing for a marathon, preparing for a basketball off-season, or taking care of the rehabilitation of another basketball player for example.
